“ This restaurant has an interesting concept i.e. using the typical sushi conveyor belt and replacing the plate selections with hotpot ingredients! Each customer essentially pays for the base soup 56 each, and then grab whatever plates they want to share. Fun concept! Ingredients are fresh, and the Lao Spicy Beef broth is flavorful. Staff are very friendly and occasionally check in with us to ensure everything is good. Tables and utensils are all wellcleaned. Because of the ability to share the plates, the bill is cheaper than Boiling Point and about 2 times cheaper than Happy Lamb! Also great that there are plenty other food stalls to choose from in this marketplace. This place is popular, and parking can be challenging during peak hours. But if youre willing to park further, there will definitely be avaliable lots. ”

I lived in Laos for 4 months and it is sooooo authentically Laotian that it took me back to the banks of the Mekong River. If youre only going to try one thing, make sure to order the sausage. Trust me. ”
